Our dedication is evidenced by our attainment of the Institutional Silver Athena Swan award, along with 10 School-level awards, showcasing our commitment to gender equality. Moreover, our transparency is demonstrated through the publication of our Ethnicity Pay Gap report, complementing our statutory Gender Pay Gap report.

Recognized as the highest-scoring Russell Group university in the Social Inclusion Rankings, we take pride in our efforts to promote accessibility and inclusivity. In 2020, we took decisive steps by establishing the Race Equality Action Group and nurturing three vital staff networks: the LGBTQ+ Staff Network (QMOut), Parents and Carers Network, and the Staff Disability Network.
